These 45 minute Advanced Belt Classes are structured and highly motivating. Students continue to build on a variety of self-defense moves that are applicable to every day situations. At Extreme Karate we teach students how to recognize and avoid dangerous scenarios. Our students get in great shape, learn exciting Martial Arts skills and build a strong foundation for future learning, communication and self respect.
