There is now SPARRING on Thursday nights from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
Sparring gear is required and can be purchased at the studio for the newly discounted price of $199.00.
This is a safe, fun enviroment to put what you have learned in theory to practical use and to sharpen your senses and reactions!
Students should consider coming to sparring after they have graduated to their Orange Belts.
Speak with one of the Senseis for more information about sparring times and expectations!
