Christmas/Hanukkah:
At the front of the school you will notice a large barrel for The Marines' Toys for Tots Foundation. Anyone that can bring in a NEW, UNWRAPPED toy will surely put a smile on a little face this year! You can also Sponsor a toy via their website.
Thanks to everyone in advance for helping Extreme Karate make someone's holidays a little brighter!
Thanksgiving:
At the front of the school you will find collection boxes for CANNED GOODS that we will be donating to Philabundance. Right now their food supply is NOT enough to feed the families that need help this Thanksgiving. Here are some suggestions from their website:

November 17th, 2007
Much to the delight of Extreme Karate students, a few times a year the Senseis host a "Parents' Night Out" sleepover for the kids at the dojo.
For your children this is a night of games, movies, pizza and fun supervised by Sensei Dennis and Sensei Frank.
For the parents this thank you from the EK team for your dedication as involved parents and an opportunity to go out knowing your children are in capable, trusted hands.
Drop off is 7pm Saturday night and pick up is 8am Sunday morning. Children should wear comfortable clothes (sweatpants/pjs) and bring a pillow and sleeping bag. Video games/books are also welcome.
There is a limit to the number of children that can participate, so speak to a Sensei to reserve your spot or if you have any questions/concerns about the evening.
