In Honor of Mother's Day, Extreme Karate is offering all mothers a complimentary class on Tuesday, May 15th from 7:30 - 8:30 pm.
Take this opportunity to get out of the house, get a good work out, meet some new people, have fun...and, most importantly, learn some practical self defense moves! Sensei Frank will be demonstrating how to use everyday objects (from your purse) to thwart an attack...too cool!
Make sure to wear comfortable clothes (sweat/yoga pants and a t-shirt are ideal).
